Product Delivery

Important Information About Digital Keys
- All product keys are digital goods.
- Since they cannot be resold once delivered, refunds are not available after delivery.

Refund Policy

- If Ditnet fails to deliver your product key.
⏳ Refund Timeframe:
- Refund initiation: 1–2 business days.
- Refund transfer: 2–4 business days, depending on your payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Account, or Wallet).
❌ No Refunds will be given if:
- The wrong product was ordered without checking the description.
- Issues occur due to slow internet or incorrect installation.
- Lack of technical knowledge prevents successful installation.
Product Key Activation Issues
- If a product key does not activate, Ditnet will provide a replacement key.
- The buyer must send a full-screen screenshot showing:
- The error message
- Software version/edition
- Current date & time
- Send screenshots via email or use live chat for faster support.
- Activation issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no replacement key will be issued.
