Delivery & Refund Policy

At Ditnet, we focus on providing genuine product keys, accurate product details, and affordable prices. All digital licenses and software keys are securely delivered to your Ditnet account.

Product Delivery

  • Once your payment is approved, your order is usually processed within 1 hour (may take up to 24 hours).
  • You will receive email notifications regarding your order status.
  • After the order is marked as Complete, your product key will be available under “Order History” in your Ditnet account.

Important Information About Digital Keys

  • All product keys are digital goods.
  • Since they cannot be resold once delivered, refunds are not available after delivery.
  • Please read the product description carefully before purchase.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in these cases:

  • If Ditnet fails to deliver your product key.

Refund Timeframe:

  • Refund initiation: 1–2 business days.
  • Refund transfer: 2–4 business days, depending on your payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Account, or Wallet).

No Refunds will be given if:

  • The wrong product was ordered without checking the description.
  • Issues occur due to slow internet or incorrect installation.
  • Lack of technical knowledge prevents successful installation.

Product Key Activation Issues

  • If a product key does not activate, Ditnet will provide a replacement key.
  • The buyer must send a full-screen screenshot showing:
    • The error message
    • Software version/edition
    • Current date & time
  • Send screenshots via email or use live chat for faster support.
  • Activation issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no replacement key will be issued.
